1 Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ye9 ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ye9 platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the ye9 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments to the Terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To use the ye9 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Have never self-excluded from the ye9 platform or any related platform.

Ye9 takes child protection seriously. If we confirm that a user under the age of 18 has registered, the account will be terminated immediately and all balances will be returned subject to a fraud investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register and own one (1) ye9 account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using the same name, phone number, email address, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Ye9 supports a variety of local Malaysia payment methods including FPX bank transfer, major e-wallets, and other digital payment options. All deposits are processed instantly once payment confirmation is received.

Deposit Terms:

• Deposited funds may only be used for betting purposes within the ye9 platform.
• Ye9 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be met before any bonus can be converted to cash or withdrawn.

• Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus once only.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the ye9 platform — including slots, live casino, fish shooting, sports betting, and esports — have their own rules that every player must follow.

• The outcome of all games is determined by an independently certified random number generator (RNG) or by real-game results (Live Casino and Sports).
• Ye9 is not liable for any technical disruptions beyond our control that occur during a gaming session.
• In the event of a technical error affecting game outcomes, ye9 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager.
• Confirmed and accepted wagers cannot be cancelled by the player.

7 Prohibited Conduct
